Ingredients
- 1 batch pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) package vegan cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated vegan Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded vegan mozzarella cheese
- Olive oil, for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Roll out pizza dough to desired thickness and place on prepared baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread spinach mixture evenly over pizza dough. Top with vegan mozzarella cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
