Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce/285 g) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (14 ounce/400 g) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (8 ounce/225 g) package vegan cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated vegan Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips, pita bread, or vegetables, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, mayonnaise, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or vegetables.
