Ingredients
- 1 can (15 ounces/425g) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika, for garnish
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients except paprika.
- Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with paprika, and serve with pita bread or vegetables.
