Ingredients
- 500g (17.6 oz) firm tofu, drained and cut into slices
- 250ml (8.4 oz) vegetable broth
- 100g (3.5 oz) orange marmalade
- 50g (1.7 oz) honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the tofu slices and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the vegetable broth, orange marmalade, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the glaze over the tofu and simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
